1/2 cup flour
6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs , trimmed and cut into 4ths.
Mix flour and chicken to coat. Set aside.

In slow cooker, mix together ~
2/3 cup teriaki ginger bbq sauce ( i used Toasted Sesame Asian Dressing)( can use teriaki sauce)
2/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes ( optional)
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
Add chicken to mixture in slow cooker. Stir well, cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours on low, or 2- 2/2 hours on high. Stir occasionally.
Serve over white rice and sauteed pea pods.
