Carnitas via The Crockpot

I don't know actually if these are considered Carnitas, but that is the name i was given, and the name i am using.
 Since the slow cooked pork isn't fried after slow cooking, it is a little healthier, but ohhhh so good.

2 to 4 lb pork butt roast
4 fresh garlic cloves
1 large fresh jalapeno pepper
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
1 large 24 ounce of l beer
You will want to make 4 slits in your roast and insert your garlic cloves into your roast..
Place into your crock pot and season to taste , I use cracked pepper and a little cumin…
then add 1/2 of the bunch of your cilantro chopped, and the jalapeno whole stem removed…
pour in your beer and cook on high for 4 to 6 hrs until fork tender …
remove from the crock pot and pull apart, serve with steamed tortillas , corn or flour which ever you prefer…
Add salsa, cheese, lettuce, onion, avacado, tomato and a little chopped cilantro.
