Everything you would want with peanut butter and chocolate.. gooey chocolate with a creamy peanut butter swirl throughout..the inside , decantly gooey and the outside, slightly crunchy. Instant love.

Peanut Butter swirl brownies
3/4 c chunky peanut butter
4 tbl melted butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 & grease a 9x13 pan. Mix together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar & vanilla. Set aside. Combine cocoa powder & baking soda. Add 1/3 c oil & mix thoroughly. Add boiling water & stir until thickened. Add rest of vegetable oil, eggs & sugar & stir until smooth. Mix in flour, vanilla & salt. Pour into pan. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over brownie mixture. Using a knife, cut thru the topping & make a marbled effect. Bake 35-40 mins. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
