Our Trip To Chamberlain Springs/Sunny Slope Farm~ A Possible Foodie Gathering Spot?

I know, it’s been 2 weeks since we went, and I am very behind on my blogging. There is finally a moment where the older kids can keep an eye on little Ryan while I somehow try to squeeze the details of this beautiful place on here for my readers.

Chamberlain Springs caught my eye online as i was hunting for some local companies to promote. The bottle their own spring water, which has been tested as the purest in New Hampshire. Believe me when i tell you, i have never, ever had such a crisp, clean glass of water in my life. They sell it in 750 ml recyclable bottles, labels made in the colors of the four seasons of New Hamspshire.
They also do PRIVATE LABELING for weddings, restaurants, hotels, ect. Which I thought was pretty cool. A quote from their website
“Chamberlain Springs is committed to providing the finest quality Spring Water for public consumption–while mindfully & responsibly developing an abundant natural resource of Sunny Slope Farm.
In doing so, we vow to be environmentally responsible and sensitive to the needs of the surrounding community.
By developing this resource we will be able to preserve and protect the 282 acres of woods, open fields and streams, and the historical buildings of Sunny Slope Farm in Alton, New Hampshire where the Chamberlain family has lived since 1937. “

They also come with these nifty little giftbags for $10

When i had contacted Deanna about their water, I was kind of shocked that she wanted me to go there and meet her, see the way they bottle and give me a basic tour and rundown of the place. Some of you know i do have social anxiety and I was happy that she wanted to take the time to meet me, but very very nervous. It’s just “my thing” I don’t know what i am afraid of, maybe rejection? I dunno.. anyway.. back to the farm.
It was nice to stay at SUNNY SLOPE FARM
, which is located right there at THE WATER BARN where they do the bottling. This place is absolutely heavenly. it is a 200 year old 4 season family farm that they ren out for weddings, reunions, ect. It’s somewhere to get away and enjoy the actual wonders of the countryside and a peaceful retreat. Please do go see their website if you have a moment, you are in for a treat! And friends, the kitchen is fully modernized and they have everthything we could possible need for a gathering!

We were all pretty bummed the next day knowing we were leaving, did some picking up, laundry, breakfast and hit the dirt road behind the farm to see the forest and spring.
